Submission Guidelines
Submission Requirements
The Abstracts (Title, Authors with affiliations, Abstracts, and keywords) should highlight research and training, including preliminary results, completed studies, summaries of relevant published research, and position papers. Submissions should provide comprehensive insights into the research question, methodology, and outcomes, demonstrating the significance and originality of the work. Authors are encouraged to emphasize the implications of their findings for the broader academic and professional communities.
Please follow our step-by-step guide on how to submit your abstract to 2SIC"25:
- Authors submitting abstracts are responsible for ensuring that all co-authors listed on the abstract have been notified of the submission.
- The 2SIC'25 Scientific Committee will review each abstract, and the decision to accept or reject abstracts rests with this committee.
- All abstracts must be written exclusively in English, including the title, abstract text, author names, and affiliations, and should be approximately 250 words in length.
- Abstracts must be submitted according to the attached sample abstract template, which is available below for download.
- Any abstract not following the template will not be sent to the scientific committee for review until it complies with the template.
